Our return policy lets you send back a standard size jacket within 30 days of delivery. Jackets made to your own measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns and exchanges in short
Once we have received and inspected your return, usually within 72 hours of receipt, a refund is issued within 7 business days and an exchange is delivered within 15 business days. Customers pay the cost of shipping a returned jacket back to us.
How to return a jacket
- Email us at support.leatherouterwear.global@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and tell us whether you want a refund or an exchange.
- We reply with the return address and the next steps.
- Pack the jacket carefully in its original condition and send it back to us with a tracking number.
- When the jacket reaches us we inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
Condition of the jacket
The jacket must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when it was delivered, with no marks, perfume, smoke smell or alterations. We cannot accept a jacket that has been worn outdoors, altered or damaged after delivery.
Custom size jackets
A custom size jacket is cut and made to the measurements you send us, so it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please check your numbers carefully, use the size guide and contact us if you are unsure before you confirm the order.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the payment method you used for the order, and you receive an email once the return is complete. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take an additional 2 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Damaged or wrong item
If your jacket arrives damaged or you receive a different style from the one you ordered, write to us straight away with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this case you do not pay for return shipping.
