This shipping policy explains how Original Leather Jacket sends leather and shearling jackets to customers around the world, how long delivery usually takes and what to do if something goes wrong with your parcel.
Free worldwide shipping
We ship to customers in most countries and we do not charge for shipping. The price you see in the shop is the price you pay, and no shipping fee is added at checkout. If your country charges import duties, customs fees or local taxes when a parcel arrives, those are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.
Processing and delivery time
After you place an order we confirm your size and the details with you by email or WhatsApp, then we prepare your jacket for dispatch. Most standard size orders arrive within 7 to 14 days after the order is confirmed, depending on your country and the courier.
Jackets made to your own measurements need extra production time. We tell you the expected delivery date by email before we start, so you always know what to expect.
Tracking your parcel
When your jacket ships we send you the courier name and a tracking number by email, so you can follow the parcel until it reaches your door.
Delivery address
Please check your name, full address and phone number at checkout. Couriers often need a working phone number to deliver. If an address is wrong or a parcel is sent back to us, we will contact you to arrange a second delivery.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected time, write to us at support.leatherouterwear.global@gmail.com with your order number and, if the parcel is damaged, a few clear photos. We will look into it with the courier and put it right.
